Bars, Clubs, KTVs, & Discos in Qingdao

Qingdao’s numerous Bars, Clubs, & KTVs fuel Qingdao’s nightlife scene with entertainment and activities for local residents as well as seasonal tourists and international businessmen.  All of Qingdao’s 5 star hotels in China’s Sailing City have their own bars and night clubs that provide a wide range of nightlife entertainment.

Qingdao’s original bar street is located on JiangXi Road between Gutian Road and Hong Kong Middle (Xiang Gang Zhong) Roads.

The Olympic Sailing Center & International Marina also have an area called Passion Bar Street (情人坝酒吧街) which has grown over the years and now hosts several quaint coffee shops.  Recently, Down Town Bar has become the newest venue for most live music in Qingdao.

ZhongLian Plaza – Creative Square also provides some Qingdao nightlife but has waned over the years with the closure of Carnegie’s and Night Trend.  It will inevitably come back to serve the bar scene once the metro is finished in late 2015.
